We try to work with tenants on payment arrangement if possible, but if necessary , Evictions are professionally handled according to the law and to protect the owners property.

Accounting Services.

Our accounting software provides the owners with accurate statement of income and expenses. Monthly statements prepared as well as any additional statements required by our client.

Our latest feature is online daily access to your property management account, which allow you to be timely updated about any change in your bank account ledger. While checking your balance you can review your property documentation( lease agreements, invoices) on line. All our clients are thrilled with this service.

Property Maintenance and Inspections.

24 hour emergency maintenance line is available to our tenants.

Our maintenance department is experienced and qualified to make best decisions when it comes to complete home renovations, plumbing, electric, air conditioning and other repairs.

 

We have a long working relationships with all our vendors, and we get special rates and negotiate any maintenance costs for our clients.
